I had trouble activating the phone, and it turned out it could not be activated on T-Mobile (it was locked to Metro). The seller could not have handled the problem any better. They sent another phone in similar condition via overnight mail, and that one I was able to activate instantly. The seller stayed in constant communication through the process to ensure everything was resolved satisfactorily. I would definitely buy from them again, knowing that in the unlikely event of an issue they will stand behind it and make it right.

Device is amazinngggggg and everything as described, clean for the most part and little to no damage. Bought it in “good” condition it should have been marked excellent. New screen and everything. The device was literally only 2 tiny scratches away from being mint condition.

i’m happy with the phone don’t get me wrong but i don’t remember u ever mentioning a broken speaker and another that sounds water damaged. i’m not gonna refund or do anything about the warranty but i’m definitely not happy with the speaker this iphone should’ve been listed lower than good. could’ve atleast mentioned the speaker
