Quick to ship and prompt notification of missing part in shipment prior to my receipt (missing a wireless qi charger). Seller offered a refund for the charger or to ship separate (I opted for the refund) - which was processed via PayPal immediately upon my receipt of the phone. Phone was in excellent condition. All dings to the phone were properly identified, and less noticeable than the pictures made them out to be. The screen seems to be in better condition than described. Overall awesome experience.

Took 6 days to receive device. Didn't communicate much. I had to ask him to double check the status because tracking didn't update, only to find out the post office had a discrepancy and hadn't shipped it yet.
