device shipped not properly reset, seller unresponsive and not helpful at all.

Device shipped buggy (windows 10 started at setting device for 1 hours, buggy windows 10 -- no network drive, google chrome install not working properly, resetting causes boot loop, TPM setting was buggy).

To add to this, seller was very unresponsive to this question. one short sentence response for otherwise great product. If the produce is shipped with improper software, please spend more time to fix it.

I received the phone. I haven't had any problems at all since receiving it. Thank you for the timely response and response.. I will gladly look forward to buying more phones from this seller.

Good Seller, Phone exactly as described. Upon arrival the phone showed blocked IMEI at a T_Mo store on their tablet tool. At another location, the manager ran it on another tool in the back and it was clean. But there the same t-mo tablet tool showed it blocked too. I have use this phone now long enough to think this was some mix-up. It still works. I would recommend the seller.

Great buy! Just like in the pictures. First online buy and I quite pleased. I was concerned about a clean IMEI. Checked it today, and it was clean. Only thing that couldve improved the transaction would have been better communication between me and the seller (he never responded to any of my messages). But since everything was perfect it is a minor issue. Great Seller overall!
