IMPORTANT: A 5% RESTOCKING FEE OR MINIMUM $10, WHICHEVER IS GREATER, WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY RETURN FOR A REFUND. RETURNS FOR A REFUND ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE. WE OFFER A 30 DAY WARRANTY ON ALL OF OUR ITEMS. WE WILL REPLACE ANY DEFECTIVE DEVICE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE. IN THE EVENT THE DEVICE RECEIVED IS DEFECTIVE, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. ANY UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS DONE AFTER THE DEVICE IS RECEIVED WITHOUT PRIOR PERMISSION FROM THE SELLER WILL VOID ANY WARRANTY.

PLEASE NOTE: The IMEI/serial number will be provided through Swappa messages before shipping. Returns will not be accepted if the IMEI does not match. Any claims for non-receipt of item will result in the IMEI being reported as lost/stolen and blacklisted with the carrier. We will also report any fraudulent activity to the proper authorities including our local or the offender's police department, PayPal, Swappa, United States Postal Service and the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).

We reserve the right to charge up to a 50% restocking fee for devices not returned in their original condition.
