Great seller, very responsive. There was a scratch on the screen I didn't expect when I got the phone so I contacted the seller about it and he responded immediately and offered a refund if I wasn't satisfied. However, once I turned the phone on, the scratch was not visible, so it was totally fine. Everything else works great, good price for a phone with 100% genuine battery.

Had a minor issue with shipping as I didn't realize an issue with the address I entered. It caused the package to not get delivered and when I asked the seller for some help in rescheduling a delivery or maybe help me track down what past office it was at (thinking he's the shipper maybe he sees more than me) his response was essentially "This is not my problem, I mailed it where you said to". As a seller myself on other platforms I would never reply like this. I'd at least make an attempt to gather more info and help. Even if I couldn't come up with anything and my reply would never be "this is not my problem". Customer service needs some help. Despite that the phone got to the recipient as described so overall positive.
