Laptop was exactly as described and in excellent condition. It essentially is a brand new laptop. The seller promptly reached out to me after purchasing and let me choose which shipping company I wanted it to be shipped with (nice to be given the choice) and shipped it out the next morning. The laptop was packaged extremely well and it'd be very hard for it to get damaged in shipping, even if you tried to damage it on purpose. I don't have a single complaint. The seller is excellent and I wouldn't hesitate buying from them again.
