I waited to give feedback after giving the phone a test run for 24 hours. The phone (iPhone 7 128gb matte black) came as described and was a fair price for not being in the original box and missing one item. I couldn't find a better deal than this! Also, the seller's timing in shipping is impeccable! (But I can't say the same customer service for USPS (*^o^*) which is what I would expect from USPS in California.) I would buy again from this seller and had a very good first impression of Swappa because of this sale.

Item arrived well packaged and sealed. Had some issues with USPS due to not knowing a signature was required for deliver, so I was delayed by an extra day. Item works as expected. Girlfriend is happy.

Side note: vendor was a little hasty in asking me to close the sale on the expected delivery day. I'd rather have seen them ask if there were any issues and attempt to figure out why the tracking number didn't say delivered. But this is a minor customer service issue that doesn't affect this exchange in any significant manner.

Overall: buy with confidence.
