My phone is great had a slight issue activating. But I'm so pleased the issue has been resolved. Thank you for the fast delivery!

The phone was delivered promptly & as described, except for being unlocked. We had to contact Sprint tech support, who advised it's activated under another account in Florida. i'm unable to use it. i only added a star to be able to post feedback.

Seller was very reasonable and helpful with sale. Phone is in good wrong condition and satisfied all my needs. I would buy from him again.

Shipping was quick, however the initial device received required further repair (something wrong with the antenna). It took almost two weeks of prompting through Swappa and Paypal Resolution Center before we could work out a resolution. In the end, I sent the phone back to be further repaired; which was done and sent back to me quickly. I DO now have a working phone, but it took almost an entire month from purchase to activation.

The pictures shown and given information on listing were deceiving. The phone was in less than fair condition and I paid the price of another phone in good condition. Picture did no justice showing the screen damage, claimed to be in good condition. Seller does not respond. On a positive note, the shipping was convenient.

The Sprint iPhone 4 I received works great. Fast shipping and great condition. I followed the great checklist from swappa.com and everything checks out on this phone. Great Seller, I would buy from again.

I would have given 5 stars if seller had sent it with Priority Mail. Instead it took 8 days to get it. Very happy with phone though. Works perfectly.

I need to know if we can send this back. We took it to the Sprint store 2day, and they said it was incompatible. And we need to send it back.

Seller does not respond to post. The device he sent me was hacked, and could not be activated. Trying to return and get refund....he is still not responding. I will contact PayPal and have them reverse the payment.

This phone works great. Shipping was fast and John was very responsive.... he sent me an MEID/ESN on request to appease my paranoia (after having been burned twice on eBay). Phone is in great shape and everything seemed to have tested cleanly.
