The phone was received quickly and as advertised! Unfortunately, just beyond the guaranteed return policy timeline, there was an issue with the lithium battery which I had to seek repair for on my own. When notified of the issue, the seller kindly offered a partial refund to help with the cost of the battery repair. Still a frustrating experience after owning the phone for less than 2 months but technology can be unpredictable like that and the seller went out of their way to help as much as possible. Only suggestion: in the future, if not already advertised, let buyer know whether or not warranty is still available and whether all phone parts are the original or have been exchanged for non-Apple parts.

It was suppose to be a black phone and I received a white phone. Not a huge deal, but I would rather have a black phone that I thought I was ordering. Phone came in good condition!
