Seller sold me a blacklisted Galaxy S8. Then asked me to return the device, and made me eat shipping as well as all the accessories I purchased for the device. Accused me of not including everything I was sent, and using the phone that I paid $680 for. I am honestly not sure I would have gotten refunded if I couldn't open a dispute/claim. Seller is flat out rude with awful communication.

The phone I received was not in the condition listed, and the seller was unwilling to address the issue.

I received the phone promptly and in near mint condition (there is a dead pixel but nothing that is bothersome). The phone also came with all major accessories (missing the SIM tool but I have a few of those lying around). Overall, I am happy with this phone. Thank you for providing the service.
