Phone was indeed in mint condition complete with original packaging and charger.
When I received it, it was somehow locked with a passcode. When I asked about the passcode, instead of being helpful and trying to look for a solution I was greeted with hostility and their first response was suggesting to Swappa that I was trying to scam them. Very agressive and unpleasant support experience, hence the neutral score.

Eventually managed to factory reset the phone myself and it's working perfectly.

It didn't come with a charger, but other than that, the phone is in great condition.

Bad service... Very slow respond... The iPhone was locked

There was some issue in regards to the tracking number and when the device was shipped out. But after contacting the seller on Swappa, they were more than gracious enough to provide the tracking number and even offered me a case as a consolation for the inconvenience in not providing the tracking number might've caused.

Overall, a great experience and I will buy from this seller again in the future.

Two weeks after ordering, I thought they hadn't shipped the phone. Turns out they did and just didn't add the tracking number. They were very good with communication otherwise. 9/10 would buy from again.

Shipping info was on PayPal, no communication through swappa. Everything was in good condition and as specified. However the packaging was a bit alarming, only a big paper envelope with bubble wrap in it. But everything was fine
