Seller was efficient and provided a tracking code for the package. Easy to work with. Phone is in great condition, minus very minuscule scratches. This is my first iPhone after deciding to test some new waters (I am a vehement Samsung lover), so I didn't want to pay full price, and I feel as though this was an amazing deal.

Where shall I start. I bought a 7 plus from this seller, turned out it was stolen, received a message from verizon that the phone will be deactivated and service will suspended because the phone was reported stolen. Took the seller 2-3 days to get back to me with information about potentially unlocking it, he couldn't because it was obviously stolen. Ill give him this, he sent me an overnight label to send back to him. However, it was returned and it took him over a week to even respond to me. I had to open a PayPal case because he wasn't responding to me or swappa staff. PayPal ended up refunding me because of buyer protection and i provided them with the tracking info. Anyways, I was out a phone for over 2 weeks because the one i bought from him was stolen and unusable, and couldn't purchase another without the refund. Bottom line, DONT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!! HE SELLS STOLEN PHONES!! Such a headache

I bought my phone as fair and would expect it to be poor quality, but it is in good shape. The seller was ready and willing to help out if I found any problems. The device was shipped after a couple days and there were only a couple issues while shipping.

Phone arrived in two days, in better condition than rated, and everything works flawlessly. Overall excellent service.
