While the shipping was prompt, the seller was deceptive in their description of the phone. It was supposed to be in "good" condition and was pictured with no scratches to the screen. When it arrived it had 3 large scratches across the screen that were visible both when the phone was off and when it was on. Seller was very difficult to deal with on the return, didn't want to pay for return shipping, and was not prompt with refunding money after the phone was safely returned to him. I finally had to go through Paypal myself to get the money back because he "couldn't figure out how" to initiate the refund.

Device arrived on expected date, booted immediately after a FR into android lolipop, updated to marshmallow about an hour later, initial battery drain and heat issues but the former has been solved by purchasing an extended battery (I will admit I'm a bit of a power user.) Excellent :)

The phone is in great shape just as it was described and as it looked in the photos, the seller shipped my product inside a bad, wrapped in bubble wrap and on top of that in a box as opposed to the padded envelopes I have received in the past. In addition to that it came fast, which was a nice surprise. The phone came almost fully charged and the provided charger charged it all the way to 100% in minutes. I'm very pleased with my purchase and can't wait to activate it.
