The phone isn't working properly. It came packaged very nicely. But the texting doesn't work. It now only makes calls. I took the steps the company suggested to fix the phone and it did fix the calling feature but not the text. The company has been very nice and helpful.

Probably fine if you don't have problems, but you won't get your money back if you have issues.

They sold me a Pixel 3a with touch problems. I didn't notice that the hardware screen (not software) was causing the problems until 27 calendar days after receipt and notified them. They blamed me for the issue, gave me some support steps, and didn't respond to my replies for 10 calendar days. When they finally replied, they refused the return because they only allow returns, even for a broken device, for 14 calendar days.

I took the device apart to find it had a cheap replacement display (installed poorly) and the internal USB-C port plastic was cracked. Seller didn't respond after 8 calendar days. Not worth a dispute over, but save your money and pick a different seller. There's tons on Swappa.
