Phone arrived in slightly worse condition than listed, but no big deal. Price was good so I was happy. The BIG problem is that the phone is still attached to someone else's account, which is a violation of Swappa's conditions. AT&T has told me this phone is currently active on another users account. Seller is not the original owner. This can be a big problem if the original owner reports the phone stolen. I'm reluctantly keeping the phone due to Swappa's 180 days of protection and the cumbersome return process.

Ordered on Friday arrived Tuesday exactly as described! Wife was totally surprised and VERY happy!

I received this device and it worked fine at first then all of a sudden it stopped working and after going to Verizon they informed me that the original owner reported it Missing or Stolen, or it was never paid off in the first place by the original owner. So now the phone is blacklisted and useless. But I was able to receive my refund after returning the blacklisted phone thanks to PayPal and the 6-month policy.

Watch and charger arrived, just as promised. Everything appears and works as described by seller. Pleased with the transaction.

A magnificent person to work with on a sale!

Purchased the phone under the pretense that the phone was “Brand New” as described. However after receiving the phone, giving it to my wife, setting it up, transferring data onto it it has been banned from our carrier because it wasn’t in fact new and more than likely was not paid off. The sellers response was ostensibly, “oh well, things happen”. Now I have to delete contents of the phone, repackage it and ship it back out to the seller while my wife is without a phone. Do not do business with this seller, lied about the listing and then showed no empathy in my plight of receiving a sham of a phone!
