Great over all experience. Phone was in mint condition, Shipping was fast. 10/10 would do business again.

This seller is honest and responsive and the Swappa team helped me and seller resolve a surprisr issue with the USPS who damaged the shipping box and (appeared) to handle the phone. Seller offered full refund, but I assessed the iphone screen was scratched, but phone functionality was not effected. I would have appreciated a gesture of refunding the shipping costs or lowering the price on the phone, but the seller felt his only option was a full return and That is the only reason for 4 stars.
