I bought an ATT phone from USA Electronic Wholesale, it arrived quickly, was in good shape, but would not connect to the ATT. I went an ATT store and they also could not get it to connect. I contacted seller and they were sure it should work. So I took it to another ATT store and they could not get it to connect either, seller sent info to return for refund. I asked repeatedly during this time for someone to call me or give me a number to contact them, they refused. said it was their policy not to communicate via phone. When i sent it back they messaged and said it connected with no issues with an ATT SIM, so likely a simple phone conversation could have solved my issue, but that was refused. If you have no issues with the device, you will be happy with this company. but if you do have an issue, they will only talk via IM on their website, I have never seen a company that sells high end products that won't talk via phone to its customers. I do not recommend buying from them
