The seller is not very helpful. Phone made it to me in 7 days.. that's the best I can say about it.

Shipping was on the slow end, said he was working, no problem. When the phone come in, there was a pretty big scratch/dent, where the sim tray is. This caused the plastic to have some play to it. I informed him that I would test the waterproofing of the phone prior to completing the sale. He agreed to it and phone turned out to be fine. The low rating is for not identifying the scratch/dent and describing the phone as mint.

Phone in great condition, seller shipped next day so I can get it by Christmas. No sim card not sure if this is common or not. Over all I am happy with purchase.

Good phone, not the same charger as posted and case broken in transit

The phone was much more worn and beat up looking than described.
The seller took way too long to mail it. It was not shipped until I sent a complaint to swappa and PayPal to get my money back.

I did receive the IPAD. It didn't come as advertise of mint condition. it had a dent in the bottom left corner and two small scratches on the screen. My wife still like/loved it. Other than that the seller was real nice per our texting about shipping.

Refunded buyer rather than fulfill sale.
