Received the phone very quickly (2 days, as promised) and it looked in near-perfect condition, just as the seller described. However, I am finding multiple issues with the phone. The device will not properly power down, loses battery life extraordinarily quickly, the ringer buttons don't work, and there are some sound quality issues. I wasn't expected a perfect phone since I was buying used, but aside from how the phone looks, the seller's description of how the phone works certainly did not match what I actually received. I am somewhat disappointed - would probably not use this seller in the future.

Item was shipped quick and is clean. All would've been great, but the dock connector was broken rendering the microphone that is used to make calls and voice memos not operational and the battery to heat up. Had to spend $50.00 to have the phone repaired.
