The device is in excellent shape. The only issue I would note is that the rear cover of the phone is ever so slightly lifted from the frame.

This Moto phone came with a white Samsung charger rated for 5V 2A, vs the black 5V 3A charger that Moto provides new, which is what was in the sales photos. It's kind of a petty way to save a buck, but otherwise the phone was as promised.
