When I'm switching back and forth in my apps, lines will stay on the screen that shouldn't be there. If I've used several apps and go back to the home screen, there will be lines across the screen from top to bottom of the phone. I have to lock my phone and unlock it to get them to go away. I'm not sure if this is the phone and there are issues with it, if the screen needs to be replaced, but I do not like it.

While the watch is in mint condition cosmetically, the screen continuously glitches and the watch does not work properly. I am very disappointed in this item and sale. I am expecting a full refund on this purchase. Please tell me how to return the watch.
