I give Randy very high marks as a seller. The OnePlus 9 Pro arrived in like new condition and appears to be perfectly functional. Since my old phone was dying and I was about to travel, I asked him to send it overnight on my dime. Sure enough, he came through for me. Couldn't be happier.

Sorry for being years late on doing this. Pixel 3a is great and still alive to this day.

The good part: The phone was in excellent condition, covered with a protective film, and included a charger and a brand-new, long, braided USB cable. Seller promptly provided a return-shipping label and refunded the sale when the phone didn't work for me.

The not-so-good: The Verizon phone apparently worked when the seller used a SIM card for a non-Verizon network (Simple Mobile). However, when I used the GSM SIM card for my provider (Republic Wireless) the phone displayed the error message, "SIM Card - SIM card is not from Verizon Wireless" and I could go no further. It seems the phone was not fully unlocked, perhaps because Verizon did not completely unlock the phone.
