Device was not as described. Phone was in good physical condition, but seller failed to disclose before purchase and shipping that the Face ID on the phone is broken. A phone with this mechanism broken is NOT in good working condition as it is a main feature of the device.

It could have did with a good wipe down maybe you know spray with some canned air. packaging also could have been a little better the phone came in a bubble mailer and could have had a little bit more effort put into the packaging.
