Thanks. I was expecting a better packaging and not just a thin layer of bubble wrap around the phone and charger. There is a small dent near the antenna band. I am not sure whether it was already there or happened during the course of the shipping. Anyways everything else works so I am content. Thanks. I would suggest to use much better packaging on future shipments.

I got just what I ordered

First phone received from the seller had a dead pixel in the middle of the screen. Brought this up with the seller and he offered to replace the phone. Phone arrived quickly. Fantastic seller! Buy with confidence!

Device arrived as described in like new condition, only flaw was very small scratch on the home button, not visible during daily use. Shipping was prompt and device was very well packaged, arriving bubble wrapped in a standard cell phone box (not original). Original charger was included with purchase, and it was still partially shrink-wrapped.

Phone was as described and was shipped promptly. However, it had an undisclosed hardware issue that caused it to reboot unexpectedly. It was still under warranty so it was fixed for free by Samsung.
