I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again! My phone arrived in the mail with some drop damage. However, the seller was understanding, polite, prompt (even during the Christmas holiday), and worked with me until we came to agreeable terms. The seller presented many options to resolve the problem, and let me choose the option that I would like best. When my wife finally lets me upgrade her phone, I will look to do business with this seller again!
