Item is not as described listing said "mint" the device had several scratches. The phone is fully functional and that's the only plus in this purchase. Communication is non existent. Will not recommend and will not do any further business with this seller.

Seller assured the phone is "post-paid". Turns out it wasn't. It was a "prepaid" phone; this fact has been confirmed by multiple Verizon in-store personnel when looking up my account information tied with this S9+. However, the phone is as described. All features work, cosmetic condition is as expected. And Wi-Fi calling which should be blocked due to this phone being pre-paid, it wasn't. Soooo...all's well I guess.

Phone works as described. The LCD burn in is a little worse than I thought but that's my fault for not reading thoroughly enough. It shouldn't matter for what I'm using it for, Google Voice phone. Thanks for the quick shipping and getting me tracking right away! A+ service

I just received the item and un boxed it. Much to my surprise the listing said it was in fair condition and I found this to be not at all true, I couldn't see any wear or dents yet alone scratches on the phone which made me wonder why it was listed as such as the phone looks like it's in mint condition.
