Swappa Rocks! The Note 9 arrived from the boys/girls at Used Gadgets in great shape. Everything works and it looked as described in the pix. Highly recommended.

My only negative experience was using USPS as the standard carrier. They suck. Delivery was delayed for a couple of days for some reason, and then their tracking site was down for about 24 hours.

Phone works good. The charger that was supplied, a white usb-c charger that says "adaptive fast charging" model number 088557 overheated without charging anything and melted the cable to expose the wires and melted the plastic surrounding the end of the charger.
