Great communication, packaged the tablet securely, kept me updated throughout the whole process, and did a lot of research before shipping to make sure it was cost effective for both of us (in terms of incoming shipping fees for international parcels). The box, tablet, and case were in pristine condition: I easily could have thought it was brand new. Shopping took a little longer than expected, but it was right in the middle of one of those huge winter storms we had. Couldn't have asked for a better experience in trading my Nexus 5 for this tablet, and it would be a pleasure to deal with this seller again!!!
