Item was packed very poorly. Seller was very patient with me as a first-time buyer so I'm giving this a positive rating, but this packaging was simply not acceptable. I have posted a pic of how the ENVELOPE looked when I removed it from my mailbox. The only reason this phone didn't get stolen is the pure apathy exhibited by postal workers. Apparently the carrier was too busy trying to pretend they didn't see the damage so they wouldn't have to go through the tedious paperwork that they didn't realize what was in the package.

Everything and more, best seller on swappa!!!

Unfortunately, I am not going to go through the unlock process because they informed me it would take up to 30 days to get it complete.
=> I have it priced for quick sale because I really could use the money.

I went ahead to purchase at once so technically owned the phone and of course have to right to ask you to provide the IMEI Number (so to verify what you listed were all true). The Seller could ask Swappa-Staffs to clarify if should answer but didn't and simply use it as an excuse to cancel the deal so can ask for higher-price!

I am in Los Angeles so failed to replied to him by 8:00AM PDT (his time 11:00AM EDT) so he CANCELLED the order and refused to honor the same price but to want to increase by $51!

All my requests were legit and reasonable otherwise we could DISPUTE with Swappa if you really want to bother.

Above and beyond. The device came as it was shown in the pictures, and with the items that were listed. The phone works very well, and it shipped to me in two days, even though the items didn't have to come until the weekend was over. I am PLENTY satisfied, and I would buy from him again, though I hope I won't need to! This phone is great!
