Phone exhibited major stability issues within a few weeks of usage. Seller agreed to "repair or replace" the device, albeit I ended up paying for shipping.
Seller then shipped the phone back to me asserting that it had been repaired, but without being able to explain what they had done beyond a software update (which I had already done, before factory resetting, but whatever) and basic diagnostic tests. I have no desire to waste more time setting up a phone with suspect stability, so I refused delivery.
The seller offered me a partial refund, less $43 in fees (on top of what I already paid to ship the device back!)
Seller has also alternately accused me of lying about the phone's stability, and asserted that my issues would have been fixed by a software update. These are two contradictory claims.
Now the whole situation has escalated to a PayPal dispute. Do not deal with this seller.
