Seller sold phone that was financed and eventually stopped paying on contract and the device is a $300 paper weight. Seller is also disputing the claim with paypal and will not do the right thing. BEWARE OF THIS SELLER. I would not do business with someone who is not trustworthy.

Item had some screen burn in which the seller was not aware of. He was pretty quick to get back to me with a partial refund. While I'd have preferred a phone in excellent condition, I'm not sure the seller would have noticed it if they didn't use the phone before selling [and they may not have, because it was advertised as new but opened]. I think the price I paid in light of the burn in was reasonable.

phone came in near mint condition. delivery was swift and prompt and handled well on the sellers part (USPS has a tendency of being late and they were by a day this time) charger is loose on the phone itself but since its an android charger i can use another one i have laying around. didnt realize it came with a car charger too so that is a plus as well.

Phone was in even better shape than what was listed. Fast shipping and accessories were just as described.

It says brand new accessories but that isn't true. II didn't get the original charger and the one I got was used and no where near new. But the phone is in perfect condition

Good seller, but the item was not in mint condition. There was some dirt and a scratch on the bottom of the device that was not visible in the photos. Mint means essentially perfect condition. The item should have been listed as "Good".

Good communication, fast shipping, But the phone was listed as "mint" condition yet it shows a lot of signs of wear, even on the glass. If "mint" means that it works perfectly, then yes, in that context, it is "mint".

Overall I had a good experience with the seller. Shipping was prompt and I am happy with the superb condition of the phone. The phone and accessories were packed neatly and securely within the box. I would not have been as surprised if the seller had been clearer that the Lifeproof case was damaged and so would not render the phone water resistant. This is not a big deal, but I value transparency and setting expectations. If I had known that the headphones were used I would have requested that they not be included. I haven't been able to get the phone activated yet due to time constraints, but the device appears to be unlocked as described. Happy customer thus far!
