we had to ship off the phone to samsung and get them to fix it under warranty. i still can not agree w Philip saying just sent off a new resale phone for warranty to fix a problem on a new phone. it is working now but i was delayed 2 weeks on using the phone!!! i will close the case but not purchase from him again. He keep saying no refunds even when it was not working correctly when i received it!!!
