Seller shipped iPhone listed as lost/stolen and I was unable to activate. Seller did not respond to messages about the issue for two days until Swappa got involved and suspended his ability to sell on Swappa. Shipped phone back and received the purchase refund but did not receive refund for return shipping for item as was agreed. Seller has ignored questions regarding shipping cost refund. My attempt to purchase from Swappa ended up with me losing $31.

Seller shipped phone quickly. I received the phone and it seems to be working perfectly.
There were some very small scratches on the edge of the camera lens cover but barely noticeable.

I purchased a like new LG V20 phone. The phone had a few minor blemishes that I wasn't happy about. Its an expensive phone and I wanted the phone to be brand new. Sam at Cellular Zone was very understanding and resolved the problem to my complete satisfaction. It didn't work out this time, however its clear the seller is trustworthy and stands by his word.

Other than some small dings on the back, the phone appears to be in Mint condition and passed the swappa checklist, which is good. However, the listing said "2 day shipping" in the title and the phone was shipped first class (3-5 business days). I had needed a phone before departing on a trip and even tried to double check w/ the seller that it would be sent 2-day shipping (aka priority), so it was disappointing to have the phone arrive the next week after I had already left on my trip. I'm happy to have the phone now and that it appears to work great, but I'm not a fan of false advertising (even minor ones).

Seller sent a device with a different IMEI than the one listed and not in the condition listed. Seller stated they sent the device on accident and that they would take care of the issue once they got in contact with the other buyer. Three days later and the seller would only respond when Swappa suggested I open a case with Paypal and return the device. Seller said they would refund the device cost plus return shipping. I opened the case with Paypal and sent the device back. Tracking showed seller received the device and the seller did not respond for four days. I then escalated the case in Paypal for review and Paypal awarded in my favor based on the case information. Paypal refunded my money (not return shipping cost). Seller then tried to post on Swappa that they received the device and would refund my money (after Paypal had already refunded my money). Seller has very poor communication and response time at best and is dishonest at worst.

Bought a great iPhone SE at a great price. Everything arrived just as it was described by the seller, and a day earlier than expected. Put me down as a very satisfied customer.

Overall I had a great experience buying this phone from the listing. Although one important thing was left out, the power/lock button doesn't work all the time when I press it, which was not mentioned on the post.

Seller was quick, friendly, and responsive to comments. The only reason for four stars is it took a while (the post office estimated three extra days) for the package to get here due to smudging of handwritten labeling. A printed label taped over with packing tape would have prevented this. It was still only a week, and that's not a deal breaker, merely a suggestion for things to go smoother next time. I would definitely still buy from him again. Extremely happy with the condition of the phone; it was exactly as described.
