You never know how good a company is until there is a snag. We received the phone quickly - but the front camera was non-functional. Box Tronics was very prompt and very helpful in getting it shipped back for fixing, and then back out to us, as well as communicating clearly and often.We are 100% satisfied with the process and would happily buy from them again!
