Really frustrated with this seller. The phone did not work, we immediately returned it (as soon as we received the return shipping address, which was a few days later), and after 3 weeks and back and forth about it, we still don't have our funds back. The seller has had the phone in hand for over 2 weeks now.

The phone I purchased was suddenly blacklisted a year out. I can only assume that the original owner of the device bought it on an EIP and ended up not completing their payments. This is ridiculous.
