This seller was very reliable and trustworthy in transaction. It my first time ever buying from site like these or used phone so I was a bit skeptic about spending $550. But I received package on time as noted and everything was working as advertised. Just remember to follow Swappa advice on checking the phone ECN, etc after you received it. (Anyone should still be careful buying used phone since not all seller nor phone are the same.)

Matt was very quick to update me and kept in touch throughout the process. The phone was also exactly as described. The only hiccup was that he had forgotten to mention the phone had cyanogenmod installed, rather than the default HTC Rom. That wasn't a dealbreaker and he was quite helpful. So definitely a smooth process!
