Received the phone quickly! Unsure if it is really "new" due to phone number written inside box? But my husband is happy to have it after having his Galaxy S6 stolen just after upgrading his phone! Didn't want to pay full price, so this was a good option!

The mint condition phone came with the USB flap missing. The seller acknowledged the problem and apologized. However, he would not refund me for the cost of the repair (I bought a $6 repair kit from amazon), because he "already discounted the phone when I sold it to you."

I wasn't going to spend $10 to ship back a phone over a $6 problem, but it still seemed pretty cheap of the seller to leave me with the bill for his mistake.

There were a few scratches on the screen and back that were not listed-it would have been nice if the seller would have put this in the description. Overall though, phone works and is what you would expect with a phone in "Good" condition.

I wouldn't explain this phone as "Mint" condition, probably more like "Excellent"- Had a ding on the bottom right corner and a few others along the side. Also, had a small scratch on the screen. Other than that phone was shipped very fast! Overall good experience.

Overall fantastic experience. Timely shipping, fantastic condition. The only problem I had at all was the phone I purchased had its MSL changed so it caused a little bit of a headache activating because I wasn't aware of it but nothing I would hold against the seller.
