Phone condition is as described. Communication could be better.

Seller never provided tracking number. It took 9 days for the phone to arrive. During those 9 days, I attempted to contact the seller multiple times with no reply. However, when the phone finally arrived, it was just as described and functioned perfectly. I've been using it for a few days now with no issue.
