DEVICE RETURN REQUIREMENTS:

Additionally, perform a factory reset to erase all personal data and settings, and make sure the device is powered off. Please return any included accessories, if applicable. Failure to unlock the phone or meet these requirements may impede the return process.

PROPER PACKAGING & CONDITION:
Please securely package the phone to prevent damage during transit. The returned phone must be the same device sent to you and in the same condition. For instance, if you received a mint condition phone, it must be returned in mint condition. Damaged devices may result in up to a 50% deduction from the refund due to value degradation
