Phone bought new in box on Swappa, so I got a much better deal than you would find at a retail place. These phones still cost quite a bit even 2 years after their release. I was lucky to find a private seller that had a new one, never used. I'm coming off a Samsung Note 20 Ultra. This phone has some nice upgrades. But sadly some downgrades too. It seems Samsung has decided to keep raising prices for their newest phones, while eliminating features so many people like. Like no more Bluetooth s-pen. I also don't like that you can't expand memory with a card. And just my personal preference, I liked the curved screens that stopped with the S23. Some have complained about feeling the camera is a downgrade, but I don't use mine in such a way it would make a big difference. I do like that the s24 Ultra does still have the boxy style, which I prefer much more than the newer flagship Galaxies that now have a rounded profile. Overall I do like this phone a lot. But is has it's pros and cons like every other phone. One thing I would say to Samsung is, at these prices, you need to listen to your customers and stop taking away features so many of us love. People are starting to look at other brands because of this.

1st upgrade since I purchased the Samsung galaxy note 20 ultra 5G. This phone is much much bigger and heavier which i like. Everything is better when you wait a few years to upgrade.
