It's a device that made tradeoffs to be a budget device.

Overall a good device with only a few minor inconveniences. Lack of wireless charging is the one most difficult to adjust to once you have it. The slower processor can be an annoyance if used to having flagship performance, but that's expected. No 5G network, but I'm not in an area with 5G, so it doesn't really matter anyways. Screen has good enough color and contrast for me, though it's not as bright as others might like.

Good device for the price, and is even more of an asset if you're integrated with Google's software or Android in general. This will be a backup phone for me, but it's a good choice for a single device user.

Great phone

I love my Pixel 4a. This is my first Pixel, and it's the most seem less software experience I've had on an android phone by far. Great value for the money, and years of software support, means that I will enjoy my phone for quite a while.
