EDIT: Seller was quick to resolve my issue.

I recieved my phone less than 30 days ago. This seller has a 30 days return policy. I understand that my phone was listed as good condition but it keeps dropping calls to the point where it isn't useful as a phone anymore. I get that this kind of thing can happen with used phones, but I'm giving this review a negative rating. If I have a good experience with the return policy I'll change my review.

There was a problem and the phone would not activate. After I returned it, Zelphone immediately refunded my purchase price so that's fair.

Item came exactly as described and right on time :)

The phone is in a good condition, no scratches, and the phone was shipped and delivered earlier than expected.

Even though the device is pretty slow, it works well with good battery capacity.
