Neutral rating based on poor communication, and being told the item was picked up 2 days after purchase, when in reality it was not picked up until 5 days after purchase. Also, phone was not factory reset. Seller's Gmail account was still active on the phone. If I was a dishonest person, I could have really messed with him. Phone is in excellent condition and seems to be working fine.
