Seller failed to note the device had been repaired, and rated the screen as 10/10. The screen used for repair has issues with force touch, even when 3D touch setting is set to "light" a hard press is required. The device is for one of my customers so returning and replacing is not an option as time is a factor. I will have to replace the screen with a quality one from my stock in order to give it to the customer with our warranty.

Shipping Policies

We include free 2-day shipping for all small consumer electronics (phones, tablets, wearables, etc). Larger products are sent via ground shipping. We ship all orders the same day if placed before 2PM EST. Orders placed after the cut off time ship out the following business day.

Return & Refund Policies

We offer a 1 year limited warranty on all devices we sell. This warranty covers defects only and does not cover damage. We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase.
