Not the best service and communication I have experienced among SWAPPA sellers.
Will not buy again. Bad battery, with periodic failures. Not what you expect to pay for. This could have been easily corrected.
The phone shipped quickly and is in good physical condition. But the service on this phone is poor; I can't access the internet when connected on 4G and the phone does not get service in my workplace at all; my iPhone 4 - that I was replacing with this phone - did.

We include free 2-day shipping for all small consumer electronics (phones, tablets, wearables, etc). Larger products are sent via ground shipping. We ship all orders the same day if placed before 2PM EST. Orders placed after the cut off time ship out the following business day.
