Greetings, I'm looking to send the phone purchased back within the 60 days. The lock button hardly works and screen is malfunctioning when I press a certain letter or item it chooses a totally option.

We include free 2-day shipping for all small consumer electronics (phones, tablets, wearables, etc). Larger products are sent via ground shipping. We ship all orders the same day if placed before 2PM EST. Orders placed after the cut off time ship out the following business day.
