I ship everything USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified. If the buyer wishes to use another shipping service, that can be done, but must be arranged prior to purchase.

Returns, refunds and exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis to reach the best agreed upon solution. I interact closely with all my buyers and do all I can to ensure they are happy. If a purchase necessitates a refund, return or exchange, we will work with you to find the best possible resolution to your specific situation. If a return/refund is granted the refund amount will be less the cost of shipping the device to you AND a 10% restocking fee if the device has been opened. Restocking fee's only apply to new devices that have been opened.
