Received malfunctioning phone but was promptly replaced with good working one. Also included bonus items for the trouble. Good seller

phone was received quickly and without incident but when i received the phone there was a large gouge in the case. while this does not affect the use of the phone it would have been appreciated if this was disclosed.

Shipping took a little longer than expected. Phone was received one week after purchase. While this phone is not in mint condition, it is in very good condition with minor nicks on the back cover.
