Vineyard Phones

I had trouble with activating my device with my service provider (due to a problem on their end, not becuause the phone was not working). For this reason, I wasn't able to use the phone for over a month. Today, now that I've had a chance to use my device, I found that there is a dead spot on the right side of the screen. The device LOOKs like it's in mint condition, but it was clearly damaged when I received it. Truly disappointing. High Tech Repairs is sticking to their 30 day limit for returns, so I'm stuck with a mint-condition-looking dud of a phone. When I paid for mint condition, I expected mint condition.

Phone came as described. Overall good communication with seller. However, after transferring everything and getting the phone situated, we noticed the battery drained rapidly. Requires several charges to get through the day. Seller offered us to return the phone, but such a pain once everything was transferred over. Attempted to arrange a possible partial refund and keep phone, but only offer was for full refund for returned phone. Unfortunately did not work out to be the best purchase for me.

Could of been packaged better as the phone had room to bounce around in the packaging, but it was not damaged.

Bought a Galaxy S7. The first device I received had some technical issues but the seller was extremely quick to respond and promptly sent me a paid shipping label so the return was no cost to me. The replacement device has been functioning perfectly. They even included tempered glass on the phone for no cost because of the issues with the first device. They definitely earned the 5 stars.

Had good customer service when there was an issue with the phone and was very responsive. Worked well with us to resolve issue.
