I received a defective Galaxy S-9 phone. I spent many hours trying to determine why the wifi calling would not work. Several trips to the AT&T store for help indicated that it was a defective phone. In the process of trying to get it to work, the phone was dropped and cracked the lens, my bad. After returning the phone I was offered a 50% refund and I accepted. It was meant as a Christmas present, but ended up as a hassle; oh well.
